Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license (required).
- Demonstrated experience providing psychological services within a school setting.
- Proficiency in administering assessments, conducting direct interventions, and crisis response duties.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Ability to attend Thursday meetings as part of the flexible weekly schedule.
- Experience engaging with diverse student populations is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct school-based psychological services and testing.
- Participate in crisis response and intervention as needed.
- Attend weekly Thursday meetings for coordination and case reviews.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and external agencies.
- Maintain comprehensive student records and document service delivery.
