Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or related field required
- Current Kentucky School Psychologist license in good standing
- Experience providing psychological services within school settings across multiple grade levels preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP development, and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to supporting students’ well-being
- Ability to adapt practices to serve diverse groups of learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students (elementary through high school) to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
- Provide direct counseling services, crisis intervention, and consultation for students and staff
- Support data-driven decision making to improve student outcomes and school climate
- Engage in ongoing communication with families and staff to share progress and strategies
- Assist with professional development and training on mental health, classroom management, or behavioral supports
