What We're Looking For:
- Valid licensure and certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with high school populations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, educators, and administrators
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and guiding teams through eligibility and placement decisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform individual and group assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas for growth
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultative services
- Assist in the creation of proactive strategies for student success and well-being
- Deliver staff and parent workshops on relevant psychological and behavioral topics
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines
