Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a School Psychologist in the state of Michigan
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience providing services to secondary-level students in a school setting
- Strong ability to conduct assessments, develop interventions, and consult with educators and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including evaluations, counseling, and behavioral interventions for secondary students
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective support strategies
- Contribute to the development of IEPs, attend relevant meetings, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide crisis intervention and support to students as needed
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in data-driven decision making
