What you need to bring:
- Valid Washington State certification as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working with elementary and/or middle school students
- Familiarity with a range of learning and behavioral disabilities, from mild to severe
- Strengths in communication, collaboration, and teamwork with educators and families
- Enthusiasm for supporting inclusive practices and fostering student success
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychoeducational assessments and participating in eligibility meetings
- Contributing to the development and monitoring of IEP and 504 plans
- Facilitating small-group and individual interventions
- Providing crisis response and consultation as needed
- Serving as a resource for teachers and staff on strategies and best practices
- Maintaining thorough, accurate student records and documentation
