Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold current North Carolina licensure as a School Psychologist
- Certification required
- Previous experience supporting students in K-12 settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with elementary, middle, and high school caseloads
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students across K-12
- Identify students’ cognitive, social, and emotional strengths and areas for growth
- Interpret assessment data and develop actionable recommendations
- Partner with teachers, parents, and support staff to provide consultative services
- Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and offer guidance for intervention planning
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
