School Psychologist - Chatsworth, CA

As an experienced School Psychologist with a valid California PPS license, you’ll play an essential role in fostering student success and well-being. Your expertise will guide multi-disciplinary teams, support individualized learning environments, and contribute to a positive, supportive school culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) School Psychologist credential required
- Previous experience working with students ages 5-22 strongly preferred
- Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
- Skilled at collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP process and relevant federal/state laws
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and write relevant reports
- Interpret assessment data for eligibility and planning purposes
- Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings, providing recommendations for interventions and accommodations
- Offer consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based interventions
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide counseling as needed
- Travel as necessary between Lancaster and Chatsworth locations
