School Psychologist - Cheney, Washington

Key Qualifications:
- Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification in School Psychology for Washington State
- Previous experience as a school psychologist or in a related role within a public school is preferred
- Must pass a fingerprint background check
- Solid understanding of BIPs, AIPs, FBAs—grounded in ABA and Discrete Trial Training
- Excellent communication skills for preparing and presenting detailed assessment reports
Position Highlights:
- On-site assignment at a designated elementary or high school campus (not itinerant, though multiple buildings possible within one campus)
- 35 working hours per week, from August 26, 2026, through June 17, 2027
- Conduct approximately 50-60 evaluations annually and serve as the building’s assessment coordinator
- Prepare comprehensive reports to support the special education team and implement evidence-based behavior interventions
- In-person work required; virtual work is not available for this assignment
