Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state licensure/certification (or eligibility) for school psychologists in Illinois
- Experience conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and providing counseling within K-12 settings
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments quickly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and collaborate on individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect counseling/support services for students
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents/guardians to optimize learning and behavioral outcomes

- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
