Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or Educational Psychology
- Active, valid State/District Licensure/Certification for School Psychology (in IL, PEL with School Psychologist Endorsement)
- Minimum of two years of school-based experience as a school psychologist
- Proven ability to embody core values focused on student well-being and growth

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and address students’ academic and social-emotional needs within the school environment
- Participate as an active member of SPED, 504, and MTSS teams to identify, evaluate, and implement individualized student support plans
- Ensure full compliance with local and federal guidelines related to special education and student services
- Serve as a consultant and intervention lead within MTSS systems, including progress monitoring for Tier 3 students
- Prepare timely reports, present evaluation outcomes, and participate in problem-solving and IEP/504 meetings
- Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and external agencies to support student learning and development
- Maintain thorough records of services, collaborations, and progress monitoring while upholding strict confidentiality standards
- Share research-based practices and provide professional development as a contributor within psychology teams
- Actively engage in school and network meetings, serving as a liaison and resource on child development topics
