Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience in school settings, preferably with diverse student populations
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for students as needed
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavior support to students
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and intervention strategies
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams to support students’ academic, social, and emotional needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
