Enjoy a full-time schedule—Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.—with this hybrid position. Three days each week are remote, allowing you the freedom to structure your workday, while two days are dedicated to on-site evaluations, fostering valuable connections and hands-on support. Your primary focus will be serving an elementary caseload, collaborating with dedicated staff to support positive student outcomes.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility (Ohio)
- Experience providing psychological assessments, interventions, and consultative services in K-5 environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to balance remote and in-person responsibilities efficiently
- Familiarity with school-based evaluation processes and reports
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments as needed
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to design targeted interventions
- Provide ongoing support and counseling to meet students' academic and emotional needs
- Maintain organized records and participate in meetings to track student progress
