Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience with psychoeducational assessment, individual and group counseling, and behavior intervention planning
- Strong skills in data analysis, report writing, and communication with students, families, and staff
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with special education processes and IEP development
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct appropriate psychological assessments to determine students' needs and strengths
- Analyze evaluation data to help guide educational planning and eligibility decisions
- Deliver evidence-based counseling services individually or in groups
- Collaborate in designing and monitoring behavior intervention and academic support plans
- Offer consultative support to teachers and families regarding student interventions
- Document all activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise in mental health and learning differences
