Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as a School Psychologist on a full-time contract basis. This role is based on-site and involves working with students across various schools, providing valuable itinerant services throughout the academic year from September 8, 2026, through June 22, 2027.
You will deliver direct support to students, collaborate with educational staff, and play a key part in developing intervention strategies that have lasting, positive impacts on student well-being and success.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology
- Valid and current state certification/licensure in School Psychology
- Experience working with K-12 student populations, preferably in multiple school settings
- Proficiency in administering cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments
- Strong skills in counseling, consultation, and data-driven interventions
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites as part of an itinerant schedule
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
- Collaborate with educational teams to design, implement, and monitor individualized interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, supporting the development of personalized plans for students
- Work directly with students, providing counseling, crisis intervention, and progress monitoring
- Serve as a resource for teachers and families regarding learning, behavior, and mental health concerns
- Maintain accurate and compliant records per district and legal standards
