Key Qualifications:
- Current certification or license as a School Psychologist
- Experience providing psychological services to K-12 populations
- Strong expertise in psychological assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention
- Knowledge of special education laws and compliance procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and report-writing skills
- Ability to adapt across multiple school sites and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized educational programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students individually or in small groups
- Support staff with strategies for behavioral, emotional, and academic challenges
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to drive best outcomes for students
