Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various districts within the Intermediate Unit 1 region, covering Fayette, Greene, and Washington counties
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for students in diverse school settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to design and implement individualized support strategies
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Remain responsive to fluctuating district requests and caseloads
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania School Psychologist Educator Certificate required
- Demonstrable experience working within school systems, preferably across multiple campuses or districts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently across assigned counties
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
