Key Qualifications:
- Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist or School Counselor in the state or ability to obtain
- Strong background in student evaluations and counseling within educational settings
- Experience supporting high school-aged populations is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and student-centered approaches
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations to guide learning interventions and support plans
- Provide individual and group counseling services as needed
- Collaborate with staff, families, and external providers to create safe and supportive academic environments
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with relevant regulations and school district requirements
