You will collaborate with Pullman High School’s dedicated team, managing a diverse caseload and performing critical student evaluations that drive individual and school-wide growth initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current state certification as a School Psychologist or Counselor
- Strong competency in conducting behavioral, cognitive, and academic evaluations
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Familiarity with hybrid work models and comfort with both in-person and remote interactions
- Dedication to professional ethics, confidentiality, and inclusive practices
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive evaluations for students as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding students’ needs and educational planning
- Support students by recommending and facilitating evidence-based interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Split your time between remote work and on-site visits according to school and student needs
