Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, identify, and address learning, emotional, and behavioral needs of students
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families on strategies and interventions
- Develop and implement individualized education plans and behavioral support plans
- Conduct group and individual counseling sessions to support student well-being
- Lead crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform educational decisions
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and eligibility determinations
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive mental health
