- Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student supports and classroom strategies
- Deliver direct and indirect counseling services and behavioral interventions as needed
- Support crisis intervention and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
