Key Qualifications:
- Valid PA School Psychologist certification required
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Comprehensive knowledge of assessment, evaluation, and intervention practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Dedication to supporting the academic, social, and emotional needs of K–12 students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments, develop intervention strategies, and participate in eligibility determinations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEPs and 504 plans
- Provide crisis intervention, behavioral consultation, and counseling as needed
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with students, families, and staff
- Manage documentation and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local policies
