Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current and valid certification or license as a School Psychologist in Ohio
- Experience with K-12 student populations, including diverse learning and behavioral needs
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
- Effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
- Consult with educators, administrators, and families to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized education plans (IEPs) and support strategies
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and facilitate RTI/MTSS processes
- Support a positive school climate and promote students’ social-emotional health
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
