Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license
- MDE School Psychologist license
- Previous experience in early learning settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Flexibility and initiative in dynamic educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for early learners
- Develop and help implement intervention and support strategies
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student success
- Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings as needed
- Provide consultation and crisis support as required
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
