School Psychologist in Dartmouth, MA
Dartmouth is looking for an experienced School Psychologist for the new school year! Salary will start in the high $50K to low $100K. Please see the requirements below:
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Certified DESE Massachusetts School Psychologist required.
2. Master’s Degree required.
3. At least three years of experience in an educational setting preferred.
4. Leadership, coordination, and facilitation of educational teams.
5. Extensive knowledge of Massachusetts Department of Education
regulations and IDEA regulations.
6. Experience acting as a TEAM Chairperson preferred.
7. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Dartmouth Public
Schools may be appropriate and acceptable.
Performance Responsibilities: (included but not limited to the
following):
1. Ongoing assessment of referred students (including, but not
limited to psychoeducational evaluations and FBA’s).
2. Coordinate, facilitate, and chair TEAM meetings.
3. Administer assessments for post secondary and job placement.
4. Coordinate transition for post secondary placement.
5. Consultation with staff to support building-based support
teams.
