Key Qualifications:
- Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience working with high school students preferred
- Knowledge of special education processes, MTSS, and IEP development
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and assessment skills
- Familiarity with current psychological practices in the school setting
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective IEPs
- Offer individual and group counseling to support academic and social-emotional growth
- Interpret assessment data and present findings in clear, actionable ways
- Assist with behavioral intervention planning and crisis response
