Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Colorado Department of Education Special Service License (SSL) with a School Psychologist Endorsement (Ages 0-21)
- Experience in cognitive assessments and psychoeducational evaluation preferred
- Skilled in administering and interpreting assessments for diverse student populations
- Bilingual candidates, or those eligible as bilingual Early Childhood Special Education teachers, encouraged to apply
- Able to manage sensitive documentation and meet district-level credentialing requirements prior to the assignment start
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a pivotal member of the Psych Assessment or Child Find Evaluation teams
- Conduct comprehensive cognitive and psychoeducational assessments across 4-6 schools or district evaluation locations
- Lead and document Child Find evaluations at designated elementary sites such as North Star and Centennial
- Facilitate clear communication with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators regarding student needs and recommendations
- Work fully in person, assigned to one school per assignment, supporting a variety of age groups as needed
