What we’re seeking:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility in Oregon)
- Prior experience working with K-12 populations, preferably in a school setting
- Expertise in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, compassion, and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work onsite, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering assessments to evaluate cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social/emotional needs
- Interpreting results and sharing findings with educators, families, and other stakeholders
- Developing and recommending interventions and supports for students
- Contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
- Delivering crisis intervention and consultation as needed
- Supporting a positive, inclusive educational environment that values all learners
