What You'll Bring:
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or Educational Psychology
- Active, valid State/District Licensure/Certificate (in Illinois, a PEL with School Psychologist Endorsement)
- Minimum of 2 years’ school-based experience
- Demonstrated commitment to core educational values and a student-centered mindset
- Persistent dedication to the overall success of every child
Key Responsibilities:
- Prevent, assess, and support academic and social-emotional needs impacting student learning and development
- Collaborate with SPED, 504, and MTSS teams to implement and monitor individualized student plans, maintaining compliance with all requirements and guidelines
- Serve as a consultant and leader for MTSS systems and interventions, with a focus on Tier 3 progress monitoring
- Prepare and present comprehensive documents/reports within compliance timelines
- Gather and review pertinent information from outside agencies with proper releases
- Keep detailed documentation of services, collaboration, and progress, ensuring confidentiality
- Stay current on best practices and evaluation tools, providing professional development to colleagues as needed
- Act as a liaison and expert on child development, maintaining open, professional communication with families and faculty

- Kindergarten through 8th grade
- 37.5 hours per week
- Earn $85 per hour
