You'll enjoy consistent hours from 7:30 am to 3:15 pm, Monday through Friday, giving you the structure you need to balance your professional and personal commitments.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification and licensure for Illinois
- Previous experience in a middle school or comparable educational setting preferred
- Strong understanding of psychoeducational assessment, IEP development, and student support strategies
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, administrators, and parents
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to support student learning and well-being
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing input on assessment results and recommendations
- Consult with staff and families to develop and implement student support plans
- Guide data-informed decisions about interventions, accommodations, and academic strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
