Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist (state-specific)
- Experience working with K-5th grade populations is highly desirable

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Flexibility and commitment to working onsite during regular school hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning
- Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies and behavior plans
- Consult with teachers and staff on academic and behavioral concerns, providing resources and guidance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing individualized education programs
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling to students as needed
- Collaborate with families to address student needs, fostering positive school-home partnerships
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and district guidelines
