Work in-person across three convenient locations—all within a two-mile radius, with two being non-public schools. Help create positive outcomes for students and staff as you start making a difference at the beginning of the academic year on August 24th.
Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure and certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in an elementary school setting encouraged
- Demonstrated ability to assess, consult, and develop interventions collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with best practices for supporting diverse learners
- Ability to travel between multiple nearby facilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments, counseling, and intervention services for students in grades K-5
- Support the development and implementation of IEPs, collaborating with educators and families
- Consult with teachers and administrators regarding behavioral, emotional, and academic concerns
- Conduct crisis intervention as needed
- Promote social-emotional well-being and advocate for students’ needs
- Participate in case conferences and provide recommendations for appropriate educational supports
- Manage a flexible caseload across three elementary locations with opportunities for diverse experiences
This position can be full-time or a part-time arrangement of three days per week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. You'll become part of a dedicated educational community, where your expertise guides young learners through critical formative years.
