We are seeking two dedicated psychologists for on-site, full-time contract positions (approximately 35 hours per week) working with students in specialized environments. Candidates are invited to indicate their preferred position when applying.
Position 1 serves a school for students with autism, supporting learners ages 4-26. Work hours are from 7:55 AM to 3:06 PM, with the role available immediately and extending through February 1, 2027. The caseload is manageable, with fewer than 40 evaluations assigned for the year.
Position 2 is based at an Elementary and High School, covering grades 1-2 as well as high school students. This post runs from 8:20 AM to 3:42 PM, and the assignment goes until June 25, 2027. This role focuses on supporting overload caseloads and ensures service at a single location—no itinerant travel required.
Both positions offer a competitive hourly wage between $50 and $56 for W2 contract staff, along with access to comprehensive healthcare benefits.
Your qualifications:
- Active and valid School Psychologist licensure for Michigan
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt strategies to support diverse student needs
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with required evaluations and documentation
Key responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments and develop data-driven plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
