- Strong knowledge of Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
- Exceptional communication, consultation, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with crisis intervention and counseling students preferred
- Comfortable with hybrid work—effective independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities include:
- Administer psychological evaluations and interpret results to guide student support plans
- Collaborate with teachers, intervention teams, and families to design interventions and monitor progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert recommendations for accommodations and services
- Lead and participate in crisis response and prevention efforts as needed
- Deliver direct support to students through counseling, skill-building, and guidance sessions
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring compliance with all district, state, and federal policies
