Position Overview
A school district in Dover, DE is seeking a qualified School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to students across K–12 settings. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote students' academic achievement, behavioral growth, and social-emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

* Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
* Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and present findings during eligibility and IEP meetings
* Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective student support plans
* Provide consultation on behavioral, academic, and social-emotional interventions
* Assist in the development of behavior intervention plans and positive behavior supports
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and special education processes
* Provide crisis intervention and support services as needed

Qualifications

* Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required
* Active Delaware School Psychologist certification or eligibility for licensure required
* Previous school-based experience preferred
* Strong assessment, report writing, and consultation skills
* Knowledge of special education laws, IEP procedures, and evaluation timelines
