Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of psychological services directly to students, including assessment, counseling, and crisis response.
- Conduct psychological testing to support educational planning and student well-being.
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including attending required Thursday sessions.
- Support a .7 FTE caseload working across multiple campuses, focusing primarily on school-aged children and adolescents.
- Engage with a dynamic team, contributing your expertise to help develop and implement individualized interventions and support plans.
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license required.
- Experience or training in school settings preferred.
- Strong communication, assessment, and crisis response skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary school teams.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, with availability for Thursday team meetings.
