Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active New Jersey State School Psychologist License/Certification
- At least two years' experience as a School Psychologist is preferred
- Strong skills in administering and interpreting psychological assessments
- Excellent ability to collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to guide intervention strategies and understand student needs
- Consult with educational staff, families, and other professionals to address cognitive, academic, social, and behavioral concerns
- Participate actively in case conferences, contributing expertise and supporting team-based decision making
- Prepare clear, thorough reports to document findings and recommendations
- Support the ongoing development and implementation of intervention plans
