- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students in preschool through 5th grade, supporting educational and developmental outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement individualized education and support plans
- Interpret assessment data and make recommendations for interventions or supports
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and advocacy for student needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Support crisis intervention efforts and contribute to the enhancement of positive school climate
