Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a part-time onsite School Psychologist. This contract opportunity runs from August 25, 2026, through June 10, 2027, providing specialized support approximately 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Based across multiple locations in the Anoka area, you’ll partner closely with staff to enhance educational outcomes and deliver vital assessment and counseling services.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license (required for presentation)
- Experience providing psychological services within educational settings
- Strong skills in assessments, IEP participation, and counseling
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- If qualified, Social Workers with applicable licensure may also be considered
- Excellent communication, documentation, and time-management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and interpret psychoeducational evaluations to inform student supports
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Deliver individual and group counseling for students in need
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral consultation as needed
- Work collaboratively to support an inclusive, safe, and positive school environment
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential student information professionally
