Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid and current state certification or license as a School Psychologist
- Prior experience working in K-12 settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, behavioral interventions, and IEP processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss evaluation results and recommendations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents on behavioral and academic concerns
- Contribute to the creation of safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
