- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective strategies for student success
- Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to compliance requirements
- Support a caseload of K-5 students without exceeding 40 working hours per week
