Desired Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting
- Familiarity with assessment tools, intervention planning, and district compliance
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group psycho-educational assessments
- Design and implement intervention plans supporting students’ emotional and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning and student support
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation to students and staff
- Maintain clear, accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Support the creation of a safe and welcoming school culture for diverse learners
