Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility to obtain state certification
- Experience working in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Strong ability in conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing relevant reports
- Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and IEP processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect psychological services to students across grades K-12
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Participate in the development, implementation, and review of IEPs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to design interventions and supports
- Offer crisis intervention and support mental health initiatives within the school community
- Assist with data collection, progress monitoring, and program evaluation
- Stay current with best practices and legal guidelines in school psychology
