- Offer crisis intervention and support to students as needed
- Serve as a resource for teachers, administrators, and parents on learning, behavior, and mental health issues
- Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team consultations
