Key Qualifications:
- Valid professional license in school psychology
- Demonstrated experience conducting psychological, educational, and autism-related evaluations for both initial assessments and re-evaluations
- Familiarity with ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings and the ability to communicate evaluation results effectively to educational teams
- Capacity to provide indirect counseling as a related service for students as needed
- Successful completion of required fingerprinting and drug screening before starting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload tailored to assigned campuses and grade levels
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and compile detailed, actionable reports
- Actively participate in ARD meetings, providing expert input to support student programming
- Present assessment results in an accessible way to families and staff stakeholders
- Offer indirect counseling services in alignment with student support plans
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation of evaluation findings and progress for compliance and student tracking
