- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in a school setting preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments to identify students’ learning and behavioral needs
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Consult on intervention strategies that support academic and social-emotional growth
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports for eligibility and program planning
- Participate in meetings with parents, teachers, and administrative staff
- Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts across the school community
