Key Qualifications:
- Must possess and maintain active School Psychologist licensure valid for Ohio
- Demonstrated previous experience working in a school environment
- Strong assessment, intervention, and consultative skills
- Deep understanding of junior high developmental stages and challenges
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable working fully onsite
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological evaluations for students, interpreting data and making recommendations for interventions
- Develop and implement individualized education and behavior plans
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions as needed
- Support students’ social-emotional learning and mental health needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote academic and emotional success
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance regulations
