For the upcoming academic year, several onsite positions are available, supporting students from August 3rd, 2026, through May 21st, 2027, with potential pre- and post-planning days. These contract roles offer both full-time (37.5+ hours per week) and possible part-time options, based on district needs and candidate availability.
As the district tailors caseloads according to age group preferences and experience, your placement will align with your strengths and passion. Daily log documentation is required to support service records and program outcomes. These positions require 100% onsite presence; virtual/remote applicants will not be considered.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Georgia Educator Certificate in Psychology (required)
- Previous experience as a School Psychologist preferred
- Flexibility to serve various age groups, as determined during interview
- Strong organizational and documentation skills (daily service logs required)
- Ability to collaborate with school teams, students, and families
- Commitment to onsite work throughout the contract period
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
- Develop intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and progress monitoring
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as necessary
- Consult with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to support student success
