We are seeking two full-time professionals for immediate contract positions for the 26/27 school year. One position spans the full academic year, while the other offers a rewarding maternity leave coverage from July 27 to October 23. These roles are on-site, fostering direct collaboration with students, faculty, and families.
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a School Psychologist
- Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, counseling, and intervention planning
- Proficient in supporting individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
- Adept at crisis management, consultation, and advocacy for student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ academic and behavioral strengths and challenges
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Provide individual and group counseling services
- Develop, interpret, and review IEPs, leading meetings as necessary
- Offer consultation for staff regarding behavioral interventions and classroom strategies
- Assist with crisis intervention and support school-wide initiatives for mental health and wellness
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional ethical standards
