Desired Qualifications:
- Valid South Carolina School Psychologist License required
- Comprehensive understanding of high school student development
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
- Strong background in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic school setting
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred, but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological services—including assessments, counseling, and interventions—for high school students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Contribute to the development of IEPs consistent with student needs
- Deliver crisis intervention services and support school-wide initiatives
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert recommendations
