Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) License with endorsement in School Psychology from the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and school staff
- Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development in school psychology
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for K-12 students as requested by educational teams (approximately 5-10 evaluations annually)
- Analyze assessment data to contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and educational plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and administrators to address student needs and facilitate interventions
- Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to all confidentiality and legal requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute school psychology expertise to student support teams
