- Provide targeted counseling and intervention to students in individual or group settings
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports
- Assist with crisis response and prevention strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
